How long do I have to return my items?
Our return policy is 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.
Can I return my Sale items for a refund?
Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. All sales are final.
Can I exchange my unwanted items for something else in your store?
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com.
Do you provide tracking on shipped items?
Unfortunately, we don’t. If you are returning an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
What is your shipping policy?
- Standard shipping should be received within 7 business days within Australian metro areas. This may take longer for other areas.
- Express shipping should be received within 2 business days within Australian metro areas. This may take longer for other areas.
- We do not provide a trackable shipping service but you will receive an email notification when your item has left our warehouse.
